Where the **** does StepMania 4 CVS store its input keys?

I tried clearing the keys in the StepMania Tool program, but it didn't change anything. I've checked the folder and the registry, and I haven't found jack ****. My StepMania is broken because Enter has been assigned to up, and I can't change it in any way because I can't access the settings.

And no, I can't use StepMania 3.9, because 3.9 doesn't support Widescreen.
