PIU USB Pad

i just recently got into stepmania, and after figuring out that you can play PIU with it, i wanted to find a USB pad for PIU. I already ordered a USB adapter for my DDR dance pad and that should be here soon but now i kinda wanna play PIU but i dont have a PIU PS2 pad or USB pad. So i was wondering if you people knew a decent USB pad for PIU or if i should go buy the official PIU controller and use it with my USB adapter.

Note: the pad needs to be compatable with macs, because im using a mac.

I would think that it would only be compatible with windows, but it depends on the usb port.

i already know the adapter im getting works with macs(it said on the site, im getting the 2 port smartjoy one and it says compatable with macs) but i want to know if i should get a PS2 PIU pad(actually i would probably just buy the exceed bundle cuz its only $40) or if theres a USB pad for about $20 thats as good as the official PIU Ps2 pad that will work with macs.
