| My vote most definetely goes to Chotto Kiitena (zashin-na mix). Seriously, what the hell? The song rules, but...what? The backround doesnt help either. |

Because the sung lyrics are in sanskrit but are mostly indeceipherable due to the distortion used on the voices.

You guys aren't really mentioning why a song is bizarre. Like, sure I feel's background is written in Sanskrit but that has nothing to do with the song. Or, you may mention steps but it still doesn't have to do with the song.
Unless all answers as a song includes the music/background/steps.

Lets see...
Love So Groovy: odd background and the song just sounds like a mesh of something odd.
Melt in My Arms: The creepiest background in DDR combined with really lame steps to an R&B song? I'll pass.
Love is Orange is HARDLY bizarre. Play it in IIDX and you'll love it.

Let Them Move - This song has no beat. I hear the preview of it I think it's sung by some African person. Talk about bad singing.
Dead End - is this suppose to be music at all?? It always reminds me of the Firefighters.
Orion - this has got to be bizarre one way or the other and it's all too friggin' obvious. That woman singing, oh gosh. Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey! Hup! Hup! Hup! Hup! Sa....Sa! C'mon now.
All Paranoia - Not music. Pretty bizarre too.
Trip Machine - This is hardly music. Weird noises.
Drop Out - This is similar to Dead End. It's not music. Random noises.

Many people think so but to the contrary, it means a lot.
It takes 2 people to make love. It take 2 colors to make orange. Orange is a very bright color just as Love is a very bright idea or concept. Now, go play that song with what I just said in mind and voila! a good song. The
The Legend of Max may be bizarre stepwise, but I think the winner is
Max. (Period). Steps are purposely out of sync, the background and sound promotes Paranoia, and the double speed at the end is insane and requires total memory. That even tops Bag with the slow gallop heaven, Sakura with its bpm slow down heaven, and The Legend of Max with its horse step heaven! Can't get any worse than that.
Daikenkai, also bizarre. I can imagine the translation of its lyrics.
