Up arrow stopped working on my Octane ignition 3.0

I grabbed an Octane 3.0 before the whole lawsuit (like right before on the first day) anyway the up arrow has stopped working and ocasionaly they left and righ arrow act like there auto pressed I dunno if I still have it under warrenty I got it at gamestop... anyone have any ideas of if it is or not or anyways to fix it myself ???

I only play standards and have taken a long break I don't see why it wouldn't be working I don't think I have reciept but I do have box

should I like get another one at EB or something and stick the broken one in and try returning it? no that's dishonest.... bad self *smacks*
