It's a metal pad sold by INNEX who says it's all in stainless steel and is 3 inches thick. It also comes with a very stable looking handle bar and all this for about 108$ plus 65$ shipping.

Any info on this pad?

It looks like a TX-2000 - a lot like a TX 2000. To summarize the official thread, there is a large risk it will break. I would steer clear of the thing. I will edit this to say it does have the reinforced bar which is an improvement over the TX-2000.
