Here's some pics of a Pop N Music controller I had made by some guy in Hawaii. All the parts on the inside, including buttons, are actual arcade quality. I have smacked and smacked this controller and it continues to hold up. Yes, its noisy.

very nice crafstmanship, butttt those buttons may feel a little small once you start getting into the harder pop'n songs. You might wanna look into replacing them with pushbuttons like this
