sorry if this is the wrong area, but I'm confused as to how this is a Disney song? I have seen and heard a lot, but isn't Night of Fire a Initial D song?

Not every song in disney mix is a disney song. Wat about B4U, Fire, Midnight Blaze, My Summer Love, and Let the Beat Hit em. Those are not disney songs yet they r all featured in disney mix.

Avex is responsible for doing a lot of Eurobeat tracks like Night of Fire, and Konami licenses Avex tracks for their Bemani series once in a while, most notably Para Para Paradise, a game that imitates a type of Japanese dance that is done to Eurobeat, and also a few Beatmania IIDX tracks.

Initial D licensed Avex music for the game, anime, and soundtrack as well, so there are a few crossovers between Bemani and Initial D.

Night Of Fire is great...I played it on PPP and then after hearing Boys on a DDR machine when I was on vacation in Seattle, I decided to start listening to all sorts of random DDR and J-Pop tracks. And eventually learn to play the game as well. E10.gif

Night Of Fire is so much better in IIDX than anywhere else, TBH. Because you can make them go "Fire fire fire fire fire" E10.gif Its also "stupidly hard" according to my friend.

Yes, dat's wierd, but Midnight Blaze & those other songs Mckeelsux said arn't disney either. But in the beginning of one song, I think they say "itch with a B". Seriously. I can't remember which. If it's true, dat's wierd....

I'm thinking he was wanting to know why there are non-Disney songs in a supposed Disney mix.

Which again, has to do with Avex Trax. They created a series of songs called "Eurobeat Disney". So, Konami licensed the most recognizable ones, and then just threw a bunch of other songs in with it.

Most of the rest of the music on Disney Rave is Oldies music. (Talking about the arcade version, not the home version)

The arcade version did not feature stuff like B4U, Midnite Blaze, My Summer Love or Let the Beat Hit Em. Those were only included in the home version so people could have some new Konami Originals to play.

Its a shame Night of Fire was wasted on Disney Mix though. I would have loved to have it on a real version of DDR with much better steps.
