I know there is a Mario DDR game coming out for gamecube. How much are those mats expected to go for (same price as the other mats maybe) and are they planning on making universal mats for all 3 home gaming systems?

I want this game soooooooo bad! I know that the game will be bundled with a flat soft pad, but I'm also curious if they're gonna make a mat for all 3 systems. E19.gif

Hopefully metal...

The day they make a Afterburner/Colbalt Flux style pad for Gamecube is the day I'll sell my Flux on Marketplace. sarc.gif

But yes I think they'll have a soft pad bundled for sure.

And WHO exactly is in the process of this pad?

One of the upcoming DDR games is on Gamecube is the LEAST known of the three upcoming games, in terms of details. We don't even know if it'll have Heavy-grade steps on it. Making a metal pad for it would be useless if all we knew the hardest it had was a Heavy-like 7 footer.

There is a preview list in the DDR Mario Mix Thread in Gameplay.
Not sure which page though probably the first but there are only 6 pages to look though so the preview list should be in there. Please note that's NOT the full songlist obviously because it's a preview list.

Talk of Mario Mix goes in the Console forum, talk of pads for the Gamecube go in the Bemani Controllers forum.
