In the Dictionary under the enrty "Triplets", I believe you guys have not explained it well. I've been studying music for the past 7 years so I think I can phrase it better. A triplet is three notes in the space of two. So, a quater note triplet (1/4 note) is three quarter notes squeezed into the space of two, and an eighth note triplet (1/8 note) is three eighth notes in the space of two. The way it is explained in the dictionary makes it sound like they are subject to change, when the only thing that changes is what note they divide up.

We can add 1/4 and 1/8 tripletsif it helps, but there's nothing wrong with our generic definition. Three notes in the space of two or three notes in the space of one are still triplets. Sure, one is a 1/4 triplet and one is a 1/8 triplet, but we don't make that distinction in the dictionary.
