Screwed Up ITG Stepcharts

When I looked at some of the ITG stepcharts with a fair amount of freeze arrows, like Queen of Light, Delirium, and Euphoria expert, a lot of the freeze arrows look all blended together, especially Euphoria. So i think they should be fixed.

And another thing, on the pandemonium expert stepchart, there are these groups of 32nd notes that should be regular 8th note streams. Somebody should fix these as well.

I think the generator for that is the thing responsible.

Yes, the generator is a work-in-progress. The stepcharts are all *exactly* as they should be (being official). J Dogg is the one working on the parser.
