Cant play avi. videos!

I dont no where this goes so here i go i cant play avi files! someone please help me

or Xvid, because some avi's only work with one or the other.

it goes in random chat i think but usually all my avi files can be played with WInamp which is free and plays all mpg and mpeg videos, most wmv, and most avi files as well.

AVI files are like.. umm... candy. They could be Snickers, they could be Butterfingers, they could be poop, if that's your thing.

So, some might be DivX, some might be XVid, some might be Intel's *I forgot the name* codec that I had to download once...

Anyway, this doesn't count as chit-chat about DDR. Most people ask computer help questions in Random Chat.
