I been working on this thingy a while. It's more advanced than programs like winbpm.
Most of you will want to download win32_v1_1 and the documentation.

Mac/Unix users can try the source; it should work with Python 2.4, Pygame 1.7, and Numeric Python. (the difference between v1 and v1_1 is the font used...for some reason that was causing py2exe issues)
