If you are going to a tournament, lets say days before, what do you do to prepare and what do you bring with you? 
It makes me actually go out and jog to build stamina so I won't look stupid...
...and I bring water/packaged food/deoderant ( lets hope you guys do too) and ex-sleeping pills with me :-D

I bring two important elements to the tournaments I attend: Gatorade and myself.
Edit: Sorry. I should've posted something more useful here. The main thing to bring to a tournament is strategy. Analyze your opponents' weakpoints. Find songs that you are consistently good at, and use them to your advantage. Most of all, do your best.

i keep playing like i normally do except for the night before i dont. i play songs i know i can own almost anyone at. also play w/ the most fucked up mod combos you can think of.
ex. paranioa rebirth( 1x,sudden shuffle flat reverse) |

Gotchya, I always get people with a bag 2X shuffle or Wonderland 4X...until they pick their songs and i'm a fish out of water. I usually can't seed higher
