psp has the capability to run games from the memory stick, and i love CCR. i would kill for stepmania on my psp.
i know the things only been out like a week, and it hasent been hacked appart and such, so homebrew games for it are still in the works, and nothing has been done, so i dont expect it soon, but has this been considered? |

About a quarter to never.
What on earth would be so great about SM on a PSP anyway?
btw, please try searching the forums before making new topics on subjects that have already been discussed, especially when those previous topics have been locked. _________________

The Announcement in the DDR Console Forum wrote: | #3 - No "N-gage DDR", "DS DDR", "PS3 DDR", or "PSP DDR" threads. (period) Unless Konami makes an official announcement regarding a DDR game coming to one of these platforms, you're not to discuss it here. This forum is for games that actually exist or *will* exist. If you want to talk about the DDR version you dream about late at night, we have DDR Chit-Chat for that. |

"In a thousand years...!"
Seriously, since CNLohr's one of the SM devs, listen to him. |

It probally won't be written for PSP and even if it was, would you really want to play it with a controller? A keyboard is a different matter since you can use the 2,4,6,8 keys on the num pad to make a dance mat shape! _________________

They're no homebrew games up for mix, there's only a few PC programs. If they wanted to make a real game, they'd have to figure out how to rip UMDs (they sell the 2.5" mini-cds online, but recording to one is another story) and be able to write and read from one. And I've seen those mini CDs sell for about 10 bucks a piece, and with programming, you screw up a lot, and at 10 bucks a pop for one time writing, it's expensive as hell. And this is presuming that those CDs would fit inside a UMD that got taken apart.
SM PSP = no.
