Ultramix 1 and 2 are generally about the same price, and alone (without a pad) will probably cost around $20-$30 US. The only major difference is the song list.
A, AA, etc. are grades based on your score after you clear a song. I think the DDR Freak dictionary has some more info there.
Try asking in the Console Games forum. There will be lots of opinions there. |

if anyone still has any ideas, or anything i should noe, it would realy help. Also, wat stores IN CANADA carry ultramix 1/2 AND the controller pad, it doesnt neccessarily have to be in one boz altogether. I was thinking like, future shop, lol, but Im not really sure. _________________

Get both if you have the cash. Both have great song lists. If you get both and grab the song packs, you really don't need much else. If you had to pick one, however, I'd go with Ultramix 2. _________________

I'm from Toronto too, and I dont think there are many stores that sell it as a package. If you really wanna have a true DDR experience though, you could go to the Pacific Mall in Markham, which sells modchips and imported Japanese versions. _________________

I've ended up playing UM1 more than UM2 lately. It's song list has grown on me I guess. If you are able to, try looking at websites for store chains (like best buy or circut city) to see if they have them. I got my copy of UM1 at a Toys R Us for about $40 and I got the UM2 bundle for $60 US. The bundle will give you the game and a pad to play on and it also comes with an extention cord for Xbox Live headsets. I hope that helps! _________________

Some stores to buy ddr may be.. best buy (if you have those in canada), strawberries, walmart, circut city, FYE, basicly any store that may carry video games. Have you ever played ddr before? If your really interested in being a true player- look into a foam mat or something, but they are a little pricy. but if you'd like to try the game out first and decide if you want to spend more money on it later, go with a simple 20$ pad. |
