I see this ("from Nonstop Megamix") a lot and I never knew what it is. So, what is it? |

Don't post unless you have some general idea. There are, with the OST for the DDR mixes, a second cd that is a "nonstop megamix". It's basically all the tracks in a specific order with transitions between them and announcer voices in them from DDR to make them flow as if they're one song. Some of the songs are sugnificantly different, such as Sexy Planet from Nonstop Mega, so they made oni only's of a couple of them. _________________

Per the Toshiba DDRMAX2 soundtrack, these songs did have more specific subtitles; the Super Star (From Nonstop Megamix) is more properly "SUPER STAR (DJ NIKAIDO & ISOMURA REMIX)", as well as "WILD RUSH (PCM REMIX)" and "SEXY PLANET (MOMO REMIX)". Not sure why the others were changed to simply "FROM NONSTOP MEGAMIX;" Super Star had to be changed for length and clarity, most likely. And yes, all 18 of these remixes were only available on Oni courses in DDRMAX2, being selectable from the menu in the PS2 Japan MAX2 and then in the arcade Extreme. That's all I happen to know... _________________

If I remember right, Drop Out's FNM was the K.O.G G3 Mix. Right? Wrong? _________________

It's Brilliant2U, not B4U, and some of the Oni remixes, as you can see, kept their remix subtitle (B4 ZA BEAT, KOG G3, Tommy's Smile, Momo). |

DDR Solo 2000 song list
Scroll down to the bottom. Look familiar?
Nonstop megamix refers to the nonstops that were in the solo versions before "Nonstop" mode. They were mixed together as one big song, and they had different steps than the original songs. However the ones that appear on Extreme with oni only steps came from Max2. They were originally songs that were only available in Oni courses (guess konami considered that the "update" to nonstop megamix mode). _________________
