Soft pad sugestions

I put pieces of cardboard in my pad, so i can feel where tha buttons are. i was thinking about puting pieces of carpet or thick tough styrofoam inside. what do u guys think???????

carpet would be better inside arrows so u dont hurt urself lol

I'd put plywood or something strong like that, then a soft cover over it, maybe felt or like you said, carpet. Then I'd mod it so It'll last longer.

I modded my soft pads by cutting out cardboard pieces in the dimensions of the arrows and securely duct taping them to the bottom of the pad. On hard floors, the duct tape acts as nonslip, and you can feel where the arrows are. It really helps, especially when you do songs with no breaks to readjust yourself.

i modded my softpad but arrows get stuck if u play heavily, we took it out and played tsugaru and after the song it was in a ball. just invest in an iginition pad
