What do I do with .Rar files?

I was looking for new songs on groovestats the other day and was noticing alot of the songs were not in .zip but in .rar. I have no idea how to put those on Stepmania so.....Help?

They are rar instead of zip to keep emo kids from playing stepmania.

Ok, rar files are basically the same as Zip files. They can be extracted with Winrar or 7Zip or whatever file extractor you use.
