Random+/Mirror+ went back as far as 10th Style from what I tested, since that's the oldest one I have. Mirror+ is actually pretty cool.

Well, test locations for IIDX 16 will be coming in a few days (6/27-7/1). Rumor has it that it might be called........Nah, I think I'll wait & tell ya.

Empress (or Impress)? It's a little too flamboyant for a IIDX game IMO but if this is their way to attract a bigger audience (likely females) then more power to them. Glad they decided to bring back the old "beatmania IIDX" logo after a 2 style absence.

Empress was released in AC on November 19th (OMG SONG REFERENCE!!) & there's a bunch of new info about it over at BemaniStyle if anyone's actually interested. I'll keep updating the DJT CS thread when there's new info.

anyhow, the closest experience to beatmania i have is playing stepmania on the keyboard. i enjoy it. would i enjoy beatmania?
