In The Groove crashes after r21 pack is installed. Any help?

Hey everyone,

At my arcade we went to install r21 on the In The Groove machine and after the game installed the patch it went to re-boot the machine. Now the machine will load up to linux but when it tries to load In The Groove 2 it seems to crash and now the machine is constanly rebooting. Is there any way to fix this by re-insalling the revision patch without ITG2 loading or any other resolution?

We considered hacking the machine, but would rather send it in to Roxor in the long run. We were hoping for a quick fix before sending it out if anyone has encountered this problem before.
