Latest release of ITG3?

Ok, I know this is probably on DDR Freak somewhere, but every time I try to do a search I keep getting errors from the site. So I apologize if this has already been asked.

I'm looking for the latest release of ITG3 with all the songs, courses, videos, etc.

I've seen a lot of links floating around out there, and I've heard there's a new release imminent, so what's the newest one and where can I grab it?

I'm not quite sure what to make of that thread...is it saying that there're versions available, but the final version is still in the works?

I've seen a few different builds from different places available (here and elsewhere) but haven't figured out which is which. I think r3 is the most recent, but all I really know is the "official-unoffical" final release isn't out yet.
