ITG 3's network system

So I saw this flyer the other day and my first question is, how legit is it? It looks like a simple Photoshop job to me, but I know that Roxor was on the verge of releasing ITG3 when they got shut down by the Man, so this seems plausible.

Follow up question. If this is legit, does anyone have info on this World Wide ITG3 Network? I could've sworn I remember hearing rumors about this thing back in '05, but I can't find jack on it. Even rumors from back then. Does anyone have any leads as to what this network was planning to offer?

I don't think anyone really cares about a worldwide ITG3 network supported by a non-existant dance game. I know I certainly don't.

to answer the actual question:

while i don't know for sure, it was more than likely a similar setup to e-amusement (although i would imagine they'd use a better authentication system than an IP whitelist, which is what e-amuse does)

EVERYTHING that was going to be itg3 has been released. itg3 exists and is playable. go download rynkers itg h4x, has all of itg3 except the courses (?) and the theme.

I'm aware of the fan made ITG3 project. That doesn't change the fact that those are not the real steps or real theme that would have been released. ITG3 does not exist.
