Has anybody scored a perfect 100.0 Quad-star on Vertex (Expert) from the first ITG?
With the arrow speed of at least x3?

I find this comment curious.
x3 by yourself would be a bit difficult (probably impossible) unless you memorized the end 1/3 of the song.
I've never seen anyone use a mod higher than x1.5 on Vertex without "cheating".
Vertex Cheat *spoiler*:
You play Vertex with someone - put your side on x1 and the other player chooses x2 (or x2.5...).
If you do that, you get the benefit of having the slow parts spread out and the ending crunched together. |

I've had to do this with several SuperNOVA CS missions. It's definitely useful.

| Same method could be applied to Bloodrush - under the idea that you can't read the slow part. Also Vertex^2. |

VerTex has been quadded by DT.Blake almost two years ago, with 2.5x Mini Overhead.
I recently passed this for the first time with a B-, using 1x Hallway. When I tried 1.5x, I hit the mines before the freeze-jump at the end and failed. This song makes me wish ITG had 1.25x. |
