Thanks, I know I was getting lot of easy excellents in the streams but I was just happy about the legit 98. Haven't played that much with distant recently so it destroys my FA. I should probably try 3.5x overhead. |

So uh... been training for ITG tournament yesterday, and went to it today, and I managed to pull off some epic scores that people ended up calling me Mad Arvin >_>
got 85.64% today (upped from 82)
upped from 83.00%
My USB decided to be ghey and died, but got many more mentionable scores.
87.80% Hardcore of the North
82.xx% Quasar (first pass)
87.32% Euphoria (everyone pretty much crapped themselves)
84.14% Summer ~Speedy Mix~
83.88% Infernoplex (second pass)
75% of Lawn Wake IV Cleared (43% score)
90% of Uber Rave cleared (71.xx% score, could have passed, but gave up too easily)
there might be a few things I'm missing _________________

Nice Euphoria ArvinG. I don't understand how you ppl do so well on that song, I have like 10% better on Summer and Pandy than I do have on Euphoria and I just can't improve it =/ |

Try doing the 32nd's without the bar, it gives you more weight, allowing you to pretty much vibrate your feet and hit all the arrows, I fc'd all the way up until the slowdown pretty much because I was able to do the 32nd's really well
Way to turn to the dark side, Dan _________________

Way to turn to the dark side, Dan | hahaha I need a bar for 600 bpm reading speed. I can't read distant/hallway/mini/etc... at least not yet, and it's not a good substitute for overhead IMO. _________________

ArvinG wrote: | I just slap on 3x for anything 130-170 bpm >.> | My issue with no bar is on songs such as Determinator at 147 bpm where I need x4 to read the 24th parts. Also, Energizer's slow down section is too difficult for me to read at x1.5. The list goes on. I'll go back and no bar the songs I'm passing now at a later point.
Edit: actually, I like bar for more reasons than reading high speed bpm and the ability to pass harder songs with greater accuracy. It's also a lot easier on my legs. I can play for hours with no pain in my joints from the heavy impact of playing no bar. I think I'll stick with the bar as much as I can. _________________

Finally played some more ITG Rebirth:
Also got lot of other pretty good sightread scores. I was also pretty happy with the FA in Charly but I keep getting misses in 32nd bursts... well anyway I'm going to fill the rest of my Rebirth scores to Groovestats someday, probably trying to pass Chromatic Blitz before I do that. |

Dan - Forever (Bar) 77.43%

Dan - Mechanical Love (Bar) 69.07%

Dan - Destination (Bar) 69.85%

Dan - Lucky (Bar) 87.65%

Dan - Flying High (Bar) 68.60%

Dan - Radio Song 66.61%

I can now stream 170 bpm for a reasonable length of time. Next I'll be working on 175, 180, and 185 bpm streams. Eventually my foot speed will be good enough to combo 206 bpm 16th (24th at 136) bursts such as in Holy Orders.
COMING SOON: Holy Orders, Determinator (passed 2 months ago), Psychosocial, Forever (In This Moment), Xepher, Pandemonium, Bloodrush... and eventually Dokudenpa, Air, and others. _________________

Had to stop playing early yesterday in order to prepare for an amazing young lady coming over (sooner than expected). I did get three videos recorded. Summer Rave and Irish Legend are from NBCrescendo's latest pack. Rebirthing (13) is in a different universe from the other two 11 foot songs:
Dan - Rebirthing (Bar) 78.39%
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E1Q6SESKdg8
Dan - Summer Rave 83.09%
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kBsQPJ3pe_o
Dan - Irish Legend 91.06%
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=punDdD807y8
Next: Welcome to Rainbow 80+, Quasar 80+, Xepher, Pandemonium, Air, Forever (In This Moment), Denjin K Megamix, Determinator, Bloodrush, Live Forever (13), Back on Track, Psychosocial, Holy Orders, Dokudenpa, Ub3r R4v3, Gladiator Fight, Emerald Sword, Blue Army, Bonecrusher, Decepticon, Dragonforce 200bpms... hehehehe _________________
