My personal favorites include the DWI Extreme series and the Dancing WipEouT series. They both tend to blend fun and challenge in their stepcharts, while keeping them realistic and pad-playable (though many of their boss songs are insane!). Both of them also occasionally feature charts with ITG-like gameplay, but with patternwork to them which are actually really fun, so much it puts many ITG stages to shame... besides the really good ones; they're more like those.
