Visible Noise seems to be the most improvable out of all those. I don't know if you'd be willing to play it again anytime soon though. The chart is terrible. And so is the song.
And Wake Up is just hard... I've had a 96 on it for like a year. |

Yeah I'd never played it. From what I remember, the beginning was fine but then it got really bad as the song went on. I'll play it again though; I'm not leaving it at 91%... _________________

Are you implying Infection is easier than Sweet World? Dude, every player really is different. I have a 97.37 on Sweet World and an 84.94 on Infection... haha _________________

I'm not necessarily saying that Sweet World is harder than Infection. I'm just saying that it is much harder to FA. And looking at his other accomplishments that he has posted, he should probably have no less than 99 on that. |

I personally find Infection to be far harder to FA. The whole chart is a gigantic clusterfuck that I have a really hard time with (and I also hate Infection so I rarely play it).
Oddly enough, the few friends I play with have the same problem. One has a 96.6% on Sweet World and an 87% on Infection, the other has a 95.8% on Sweet World and has never passed Infection. We just suck at Infection. |

lol, that's weird. Is it just the inability to differentiate between mines and arrows really well, or you just can't FA the streams? I find that they are rather easy to FA even though it's at 170. I feel the same about July too. But I guess you just don't quite have enough foot speed to FA it well? |

That's more like it. See, the hands aren't that bad. Those are some nice jumps there. A 6% increase on July and 10% on Infection are pretty big. In this week alone, your GS average must have went up quite a bit.
Toxyn, I could tell you're definitely one of those super stamina people. Godly stamina with pretty alright FA. Just like Kanji666 (look him up on Youtube if you don't know who he is).
Dammit, you guys make me wanna play this game so badly. :[
I'm going Saturday for sure. |

I played a lot of 9s and 10s, which made my FA a lot better, but I don't really have too much stamina. That's what I'm working now. I think it's just best to balance between 9s and 10s, 11s and 12s, and 13s and higher. |

I have trouble with faster things. I can do songs like Loituma and I Can Walk On Water, I Can Fly extremely easily, and even Fer Sure isn't bad at all, but once you get to the 160+ range my legs just lock up. I'm not sure what to do. Yesterday I dramatically improved on some 170 BPM 11s so maybe I'll keep getting better just by playing. But things like Summer Speedy and Pink Fuzzy Bunnies are like impossible right now... _________________

Well if you have a hacked cab with rate mods on it, you can play something like crazy loop on 1.1 rate = (133*1.1) = 146. Then once you do that you can try Loituma on 1.1 rate. Your foot speed will eventually get better. Can you even pass summer or is it just really hard to pass? |

I can't pass Summer, but the reason isn't just the speed, I also waste a lot of energy doing jumps (check out my Bouff score). My worst DDR (up to Extreme) 10 was Legend, which is both the fastest and has the most jumps I'm pretty sure. But I feel like Pink Fuzzy Bunnies is really straight forward and I always fail it at that one stream at like, 67%-ish (my percent, so it's probably like 80+% through the song :3).
We have music rates though, so I might give that a shot. Seems like a cool idea. _________________

I just don't do the entirety of Infection well. The sync doesn't feel right to me, and the whole chart is so awkward that I spam excellents a lot. With July, my only attempt on it was an FEC. High 97, I think. I have decent footspeed up to a certain point, but my stamina is TERRIBLE. Ex: My only Summer pass was a full combo with under 20 or so greats (and alright FA) until the last run section. I got an 82.XX%.
Anyways, only one score today (only one set, actually).
Kaze no tani no DREAM - 99.51%, one excellent until 50% until I started screwing up because of the speed (5x Distant on 146 BPM). A bit too fast for my comfort. |
