Do you like to go play DDR/ITG Solo, 1 Friend, or a Group?

I was wondering what people do most often. I see lots of people play alone, and sometimes with a group. I usually go with a friend to practice together or a group if one of my friends respond to my Myspace Bulliten

I never plan anything. I just go by myself. However, I'm often pleasantly surprised when friends are already at the arcade when I get there. When that happens, much of the time that my friends and I aren't taking our turns on the machine, we pass around our PSPs and play PSP Revolution.

If you go with a group, there's too much time between songs, and if you go alone, it kinda looks sad...

That depends. How good are the people playing with me? If it's people who play Light & Beginner, I perfer to play along. If it's people who are good at Standard & Heavy like me, then I don't mind playing w/ other people.

I sometimes like being alone and sometimes its nice to have a few people with me to challenge or train with.

Large groups don't really do it for me anymore because the average age demographic (about 17 years old) is so much younger than me (27).

No offense to you guys, but I can only handle you kiddies in small doses

I only go alone when I wanna improve my Groovestats scores or something. That takes time and I'd rather be at the arcade by myself. But once I find my friends coming in later, I just decide to go against them and have fun the rest of the day.

Its all about timing, really. If I go on Saturday mornings, I know I'll be alone to play all I want. If I go on Friday evenings, I can expect the arcade to be packed and get no more than 2 or 3 rounds of play. I just chill with people when this happens.

I usually play in a group, but that's because all us didder regulars at my bowling ally are in the habit of going every Saturday. It kinda started as a suggested meetup of everyone who plays there and eventually everyone started going on saturdays. So yeah. Our group is usually around 5 people but there are other people who show up every now and then. It'll be around 4 people soon though because N8 had to be a bastard and decide to move soon.
