How does Naoki interact with his English vocalists?

I've always wondered that. How does it work? Do the english vocalists fly in to Konami in Japan, they meet, and make the song together?

Does Naoki speak English to them or is there a translator? Anyone have an idea of how it works?

To answer this question seriously, there are Japanese people who speak English fluently, so they get their English products made on site.

Also, theoretically, they have an office in Cali, so they could get it done there too.

Yeah, there's a Konami office in california. There are english/japanese speakers who speaks either one.
