out of curiosity, can someone tell me why this blueshark is $800?
http://mymybox.com/ddrmbsarc.html
It looks exactly the same as a regular blueshark as well. Only thing I could think of is if it had 4 sensors in the arrows instead of 2, but that still wouldn't justify doubling the price. _________________

yeah, thats basically the only difference
the sensors make up a pretty big chunk of the price, but i agree with it being overpriced for it
if you *needed* 4 per arrow, just get the 2 per arrow, and buy the kit for 8 more
4 per arrow is identical to the arcade, i know that, but for home use, 2 is fine _________________

Hi, I have a question. I have a 3 inch BlueShark, and the left arrow constantly gives me pad crap. I checked the sensors, and they were all bent and I couldn't really get them back into place. Should I order new sensors, or just throw my BlueShark in the garbage? |

If you bought it no more than 6 months ago, you should call Mymybox and tell them to replace it
If you have more than 6 months with the pad then you're stuck with buying new sensors or just use it like a big paperweight.
I suggest the first. |

The O and X buttons aren't sensors
they are just sheet metal, so you just have to move the arrow and clean the sheet metal, or maybe replace it.
In the worst case, the wiring may be damaged, then you will need to solder. |

If its dirty (like dirt or mud) just clean it with alcohol and cotton
maybe its rusted (i don't think so) and you will have to replace the sheet metal
you can also grab a piece of wire and touch the two parts of the Circuit board so you can "close the circuit", if it responds, then its not the wiring. |

Which pad is better, the blueshark 2 inch 2007 edition or the blueshark 3 inch no bar? Does the extra screws on the blueshark 2 inch fix the problems with the brackets? _________________

the 3" seems like it should be better because it costs more.

What do you guys think about this? Is this a real site selling BLueSharks?
http://www.vivazone.com/mbsgxg6.html
also should i just buy a used blueshark or get a cobalt flux?
or should i just get a new blushark?
this one is selling for as much as the 3" one on the mymybox site. |

so is the 3" blueshark better than the 2" blueshark?
also the website selling the blueshark w/ a bar doesn't say if it's a 3" pad, but the mymybox doesn't sell 2" pads with bars. it's a little confusing
also if anyone cares heres a response about the blusharks from mymybox
Sorry we are expecting our pads to be in stock sometime around April.
You can reserve a pad by responding back to this email requesting a 2 inch
or 3 inch Blue shark metal pad. Include your name and address. We will
inform you when the pads will be instock so that you can order one.

Why not try the ddrfreak marketplace? There's a dude selling a 3" with bar for $250, unless you're not in the United States.
Also, for general reference to anyone, I made a video reviewing the 2" Blueshark. Just for future reference I'm not trying to whore my vids =/. Clicky[/url] _________________
