Well... I was walking past the old cafeteria (now turned into a temporary library, since they are tearing down the old school buildings and making newer ones), and so then I noticed "DDR @ THE LIB", and I was like 'lulz, its probably not Dance Dance Revolution. Prolly Do Dat Reading or something?'. And so then this girl pointed out another poster 'PS2 Basketball Tourney", and she said it is probably dance dance revolution DDR since theres a PS2.

I am really hoping for DDR, even if it is just he console version, I would still PWN noobs.

I just hope the pads are of high quality....

Awesome, I wish my school had DDR T.T

And most likely, they're going to get the plastic thin ones in order to get as many as possible in case they break or something.

I wish my old school could've had DDR... I was working for the newspaper last year... I submitted an editorial about getting DDR for P.E. and a comic to go with it... however, none of my work EVER appeared in a paper. I was looking at the newspaper the other day, and all the articles were full of speechinglynhess badd and lotts of many grammer mistaks. The largest comic on the comics page looked like a third grader had drawn it. Mine was funnier and had more meaning to it... I don't know what the staff thought. I never got back my comic or editorial, by the way.

Actually, I think they may have had it at the dances I never went to... oh well, that's all the past. I'm a happy 12 year old in home study and I can use DDR for P.E. since Mom is the teacher.

You should be glad to have it. Tell us about the n00bz you pwn!

/chat mixed with correct grammar and spelling

Yea.

I am going to have ingrown toenail resecction surery on Monday. So I can't pwn noobs this week. Infact, no books are even int he temporary library.

BTW:

This dream happened wayyyy back:

This was a dream 2 days before school started:

'OK, so it was the first day of school, and it turns out theres a DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) machine in the Half Cafeteria Half Library (doesn't exist in real life, but it did in my dream). But it is broken. SO I do first-day of school stuffs.'

The eerie part is:

The school is undergoing huge major renovation, including so far at least 4 new buildings that I know of. The old brick building is getting destroyed, so we make way fro the new building. The cafeteria was moved to a much larger, cooler location, and the old cafeteria remains there. Instead of destroying it, it i showever the temporary library while they make the new one. So that fits the 'prophecy' of the "Half cafeteria half library". Now, I saw some posters on the wall of the old cafeteria/library, and it said there will be DDR in the library. I thought it was probably something lame like "Do Dat Reading" or something, but someone noticed another one "PS2 Basket Ball Tournament". PS2 couldn't be something else, so I now think its a Dance Dance Revolution PS2 game.

^.^V

I might actualy make some DDR pads for the school, free of charge.

That could be fun.

And still, quite unusual for schools.

I've said this many times.

When you live in a small town, all they care about is sports.
Like mine.

We used to have DDR at my school. Pretty fun, they used Supernova 1.(And they didn't have a memory card so we couldn't play Faxx and everything cool T_T) They had the really crappy plastic mats. They might start it again, but the P.E teacher says she'll use SN2 (Which I will be able to bring my memory card for) and she'll buy some metal mats. The thing is, there's only two good people at my school, and I still pwn the other kid.

That made me laugh. I feel that way reading a lot of things, even our professional newspaper.

DDR at school would be awesome, but I get the feeling that they would be using soft pads. Ew.

Dakenkai? is this the same one that was banned?
welcome back. E13.gif
my school said they were having a DDR tourney and then i winded up failing AA and No. 13 (i failed them pretty hard) all because they had aa sucky foam mat, it wasn't even a Red Octane, it was one of the cheap ones.

and i had a dream that the Dave and Busters in a mall outside of Philly got a SN2 machine and that i played it forever and after i got tired i couldn't stop playing. it was heaven and hell at the same time.

i know how you feel. E1.gif
...but what i think you should be aware of is it's gonna be really hard to show off because most likely the school wouldn't invest in a metal mat or a good foam one, they'll probably have the plastic ones that come with the DDR game because they are totally unaware of how much the plastic mats suck ass.
so be careful not to brag to everyone that you're gonna win and then epically fail because of the mats (which you probably will because it's so hard to play 9 and 10 footers on plastic). trust me on that one.
