Maybe someone here can help me. Im trying to find the metal linking pieces that connect the panels with eachother. I dont want to buy the ones from the cobaltflux site since i dont need that whole kit, I made my own arcade style lifters, I just cant find the metal link pieces anywhere as far as hardware stores go around here. Anyone know of a place that sells them or even has a part number and place from where you have gotten your own?
Whether its the 2 way ones like the CF arcade style pack has or a 4 way one like this http://www.ipoof.com/images/Metalpad.jpg I dont really care. I just need something _________________

I can send you 4 of them for $4 + whatever a stamp costs these days. I have 8 that I never plan on using. _________________

Hey, quick Q for anyone who might know. Is there something special you need to do to get a CF working with DDR 5th Mix JP? A friend and I were at a convention playing DDR, and he brought in a bunch of JP homeversions, and everything worked fine except for the 5th Mix. We were both pretty baffled by that. It's not urgent, but it would be nice to know if this is something that has an easy solution or if 5th Mix is designed to reject 3rd party controllers or something, since he was considering getting a DT600 when they're available, and I'd want to make sure it's compatible with all his games. _________________

DT: I'm not entirely sure. I've honestly never heard anything concerning the subject... sorry, man.
Ninja: Seeing as I got my CF already, I can't tell you exactly. I know, though, that my order still says "Awaiting Shipment", even though I received my CF nearly a month ago. _________________

Um.... o__o
Wouldn't that mean I would have to glue one part of the velcro to my floor.
Yeah =/ I can't do that, I play in the living room for now and my mom would kill me if I glued velcro to her floor. Thanks for the suggestion though.
Does anyone have any other suggestions that could help with the pad in order to stop it from moving? I would highly appreciate it T_T _________________

To hold my CF in place, I got some standard rubber mesh (You can get them at wal-mart; basically they're like a grid of little rubber squares that you can put on surfaces to keep things for moving... mainly used for cabinets and such), and layed a flat layer of it under my CF. It doesn't move at all. And it's on tile. :O _________________

If it's tile or hardwood, then KirbyRockz's suggestion is the way to go. _________________

The griptape that came with the mat holds it down on my carpet. |

Doesn't do crap on mine. |
It depends on what type of carpet you have. The kind I'm playing on is pretty thin and flat. If you had a shag carpet it would be entirely worthless. |

Ha! I've ordered mine on Aug 27th and I still haven't gotten any messages on the status of mine I'm worse off than you. I've just reached the 6th week mark, I better get word soon.
I'm guessing that it depends on your luck on when you ordered, perhaps I ordered when they just sent out the last batch so I got screwed with time, but since they say 4-6 weeks, I better be getting a message on the shipping conformation in the next few days X_X |

i think i might have a problem, first off the upper diagnol left arrow dones't work when i press it in the middle but it works perfectly when i hit it at the sides but that's not the real thing i think my top and left arrow give me random misses, how can i know for sure. im planning to email cf to fix that problem even though i feel bad for them since there so over worked but a warranty is a warranty. i think it might be a wiring issue bleh |

Have you read any of the previous posts in this thread? If you had, you'd know that nearly no one has gotten their Flux within the time the site apportions for months if not a year. |
