i printed them out before the old CF forums died, and i really don't want to type them all out, so they'll be images (using a scanner). i'll try to make them actual size so it's easy to read, but don't be suprized if one of them is tilted 2 degrees or so.

I may have come across a problem. I'm not entirely sure.

Before I say it, I just wanted to say that I bought more of that mesh stuff and spread it out all the way around on the bottom of the Flux. The entire bottom is covered by it. Is it okay to use this much? Will it crack the melanine?

Okay, so my problem that I have is that I noticed the arrows are uneven. For instance, the upper-right corner of my Left Arrow is slightly elevated above the rest of the pad, and it's like this in several areas of the pad. Some areas are slightly higher, and some areas are slightly lower. I'm just wondering if this is normal, or if I messed up something. (When I say slightly, I mean very slightly. Not more than a millimeter or two)

well well well, my pad came in yesterday dind't play it until today. i like it very much so much i played 5 hours haha. i can't really tell if the sensitivity could be better if i tightened/loosened the screws but w/e. i started playing with shoes but it was like really hard to move them probably beacause the pad is yet TOO CLEAN so i was like frick this and i started playing barefoot i dont know what teh problem is with some ppl after 5 hours my feet dont hurt at all but maybe becasue im the crazy one taht does vertex expert no bar barefoot on the rcade machine with a crappy score but still, so i guess my feet r used to it. anyway im really happy with teh scores im getting on this pad mostly around 90-94 on 8-10 footers. which i think is really good on my first day of getting used to teh pad. now all i needa do is get a ps2-usb adapter for stepmania so i can play holy orders XDD.

p.s. i know most of u dont care but this is a cf forum so i might as well post this, have fun with ur fluxes everyone!! XDD and i would like to thank anyone that answered my questions in the past

So, I got them yesterday (Monday). First thing I did was unpack them in the drive because some peeps had mentioned styro blizzards, but nothing of the sort here; they were actually wrapped in a plastic bag, and I didn't have to clean them off much at all. One thing worth mentioning, tho: To peel off the white plastic film, it helps to loosen the screws just a bit, otherwise the crap rips and then gets stuck under the screws and brackets of the arcade mod.

I went to Lowe's and got some plyboard, casing, and black spray paint to build a platform for them after I lugged 'em in and tested them out for a few songs. Spent most of the rest of the day building my 'stage'.

I really got to play on them today, with mixed feelings... I keep tripping all over myself, and it's ticking me off... and I seem to get more greats than I should?!? Maybe, it takes some getting used to? (I got my doubles with the arcade mods) Eh, I dunno. I loosened the screws a little and that seemed to help a bit, but I'm still not quite happy. I'm not sure if they're worth the kinda money I plopped down, but I figure I play a few weeks and see. However, they definitely feel solid! Not like that cheap MyMyBox metal pad knock-off I've been playing on for the past few years, and only worked properly after I rebuilt it.

They sure look sweet in their little platform I built for them, all framed in in glossy black, with a beveled edge; reminiscent of their commercial models.

Sorry if this has been already answered, but can anyone suggest how to make the pad stop moving. I can't do anything above a 9 without the pad moving, and whenever I want to do 12's I end up sliding into the wall or even my own PS2 >< trying to play ITG. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and once again I'm sorry if this has been asked a billion times. ThanksXD.

i know this is a stupid question but about how long does it take to get used to the panel placement on the flux it's relly frsustrating when i play 11 and 12 footers. i plan to play everyday for about an hour

My basement floor is uneven no matter where I try to place my pad. Will plywood fix this problem? Are there any alternatives? I already tried putting the box it came in under it, but that didn't do anything.
