As for the Mac drivers, sorry dude... I really don't think there is one. Your best bet would be to go to an Xbox forum of some sort and ask for Xbox 360 mac drivers.

Anyway, my dad called CF yesterday because they still had yet to charge his card, so he made them charge it. It's supposed (Read: supposed) to ship out today. If it doesn't ship out, then I will be very angry. Possibly even to the point of logging an anonymous compliant of delayed delivery with the BBB. >__>

can't really do anonymous. I had filed a complaint regarding CF, but since I had canceled my order I withdrew the complaint. I figured I'd let CF hang themselves and not waist my time dealing with the BBB's so called "arbitration".

wewt my pad is getting shipped today... hopefully and if it does get shipped im planning to get it on saturday since poopy gets ships faster to nyc then lets say a small town in kansas XD whihc means if im lucky i have 2 and half days to play on it before school.

oh and if there something wrwrong with the pad im gonna go crazy

Gee, they're in Utah and NYC's pretty far away from Utah. I seriously hope you'll get it Saturday, but my bet is that you'll get it Tuesday (UPS isn't running this Monday thanks to Labor Day). I hope mine comes in Saturday too, but UPS is rare on a saturday.

I just checked the UPS estimated time of delivery from SLC, UT to Austin, TX. Unless they do two-day shipping, it won't be here until Tuesday. Thanks a lot, Labor Day.

I also found out that only a few UPS locations deliver on Saturdays.

Not yet, but I know it will. I sent them an email asking for my tracking number, and here's wht they wrote back today:

Ugh, I'm probably gonna have to work on Labor Day. I'm already shit tired from school and work. I was up till about 6 doing homework and then I had to leave for class all day. They never emailed me back about that USB cord after they asked for my order number. I'm going to email them again because I'm afraid they may end up sending it to my aunt's house like they did that mat and I don't want to deal with going over there again.

Agent, the cord you need is probably just laying around somewhere in your house. Do you have an MP3 player, by any chance? Most non-iPod brands use it.

If it's the standard printer USB, then it's also used for many other different devices... here's hoping you get a cord soon.

EDIT: Still no response at 5:40 PM my time, which means they're closed for the day. So two full business days without a response. Not cool.

ye kirby, i emaield them yesterday morning asking them for my tracking # noresponse yet lol i think i'll get the pad before i actaully get the tracking #

im guessing they alrdy shipped our pads on wednesday there just to busy/lazy to update our status and or send out tracking # because they have too many orders on their mind

im just hoping theres nothign wrong with my pad or control box cause when rushed ppl make alot of mistakes

Seriously. Either a group got together and ordered a crapload of pads, or maybe they had a lot of cancelled orders. The latter seems more realistic. It's the Internet; anyone can make orders and cancel them.

If you've called or even listened to the people who have, Ivory always answers. Which makes me think that Ivory probably has all the tasks of answering phone calls and reading all the emails on her shoulders alone. I wouldn't be surprised if she has a hard time reading all the emails that come in. Especially if people email practically every single day chewing her out when she has no control over the speed things ship at. I know for a fact that they've had server problems because they said they didn't get emails over a certain time period and at one point when I tried to email I got a Delivery Status Notification telling me that the message couldn't be delivered. Personally, if I had to deal with all the poopy she has I would have quit the job along time ago.

Agent, I'm not worried, just impatient. I'm merely following your advice of emailing her to get your tracking #... but if I don't get the tracking # until after it arrives then what's the point?

If she doesn't respond tomorrow, then I won't get a tracking number until it updates, which in your own words... I "could be sitting on my computer looking at an Awaiting Shipment thing and then UPS is knocking on my door without me knowing the mat had even been shipped."


I've never sent her a rude, snide, angry, or complaining email. In fact, I try to make sure I don't do that because I know she probably goes through a lot of crap.
