Ignition 3.0 Zipper broken...

I've had my Ignition 3.0 for about a month now, and just yesterday is the 2nd time I've used the zipper (the first being simply to put the foam inserts in place), and both of them broke off. Not only were they broken, but the zipper, right before that, became off track and unable to close.

Has anyone had this problem, and if so, were they able to receive a new one from RedOctane? I don't still have my receipt (order form) that came with it.

Both of the foam inserts broke off? Both of the what broke off? I presume that the RO has three pieces for the inserts.

Also, about the zipper...you should be able roll it back to the beginning of the zipper-line or whatever it's called, then re-set it and zip it back up. Fiddle with it for a bit.

1. Unscrew pad from control box
2: Rip everything off contact plates on control box
3: Save control box and make this!
