I've been on the varsity swim team for 3 years, going on 4.
I run 2 miles every morning.
I work out every day.
I'm in pretty decent shape.
I smoke the ganja on a regular basis.
I have a job...

...AND I PLAY DDR!

Oh shit like a triple threat. (jock, stoner, geek)

i don't think we're saying that we're worried about what people think of us, we're just admitting we're DDR geeks.

...and of course geeks can go to prom! i went to two proms and got queen at one, the other one (just happened yesterday) was just out of control.

If people were webpages, DDR players are shocksites. We do terrible, mind-scarring things to catchy, repetitive music. (The temptation to link a sample is almost unbearable, but risking a ban-hammer is keeping me at bay.)

I just look at it as something that people do. I don't understand why we all of a sudden become targets for hecklers and whatnot, but in my six years of playing it has happened more that I'd it like to.

People just need to grow up and learn to be more tolerant of what other people do. And no I am nowhere close to being a geek. A DDR player? Yes! A geek? No.

I actually started playing DDR so I could be cool (big lol).

Then, it stopped being cool (bigger lol).

Then, someone was all like, "hey man, you play DDR amirite" and I was like "ya" and they were like "you should play for homecoming man" and I was like "k".
So I did. Now everybody wants to sex me up 'cause "HOLY NARDS HE GOT A 300 COMBOOOOOOO!"
Seriously, I tell people, "nah man, I'm not that good." and they're like "no man, you're god" and I'm like "k whatev"

It's a game about hitting arrows with your feet. Wow. Sure, it looks stupid, but it's fun! After all, aren't geeks the opposite of stupid?
