What do people do while playing DDR that really angers you?

Let's see, things that annoy me at an arcade...

- People who walk between the screen and you while you play. They save proabably 4 steps by not just going around the pad. Nice.

- Either one person or a party not allowing anyone else to use the machine. I'm a bit younger then most players in the arcade I go to, so some people seem to think they can just play as long as they want while I wait. Once, someone put up about 10 coins on the machine and thought this would give them the next 10 games.

- Machines that basically don't work. That last thing I want is to spend my money on a game just to have 4 sticky arrows and no chance of finishing the song.

Honestly not to much else. I can talk while I play, and I don't really mind if people stand close. More than once an group of kids has watched me while standing on the empty pad, and it just doesn't bother me.

1. People who yank on my hair thinking its a weave

Usually when I play I wear my Panda Hat to keep my hair out of my face and from sticking to my back when i start working up a sweat. The only part of my hair that is an exception is my 1 1/2 foot long cat tail (think of FFX-2 Yuna's hair but not long enough to hang myself). One time some bumhole from school was behind me while I was playing Sakura on standard and *yank!* Man that poopy hurt >.< Later on he told me that his friend said it was a weave and to steal it...and his friend was in my bio class and knew it was real...the ingrates

2. Those whiny girls that think their boyfriends are gods because they can play on LIGHT MODE x 5 and get all RAWR! and threaten to beat the crap out of that the girl with the Panda Hat can play on standard and do ballet twirls and play backwards while playing because their boyfriends are very impressed at her skills...*slams head into wall repeatedly*

3. the little kids that take FOREVER to find one song...well, it doesnt anger me it just makes me impatient...

1. when people get on the machine and say "hey!this isn't dancing!"
2. when people keep talking to me while i'm playing, even after i tell then not to.
3. people who stomp the ddr pads.
4. people who think they can do it all and make a fool of them selves by getting up on the machine and playing fascination maxx on heavy (people who've never heard of ddr, i mean)

but there are no arcade machines in philly, so i haven't played in about a year and a half.

1. "Macho" guys coming up to you and saying "you're gay". Since when is a dancing game gay?

2. People who are like "how do you know what arrows to hit?". Everyone, say hello to Mr. Idon'tknowwhatascreenisfor.

3. When people who think they are cool (when they are really idiots) get on the pad and start mashing arrows and saying "LOOK AT ME I CAN DANCE!".

4. Little kids stomping on your back arrow, saying they are "helping you win", when they are just pissing the hell out of you.

5. People who stomp as hard as they can, intentionally trying to break the machine.

Those are the things that bother me the most.

Been a while since I've posted a list here:

People who have a choice: Supernova or Extreme. They choose Supernova and play songs that are overplayed on Extreme. Wtf waffles.

People who can almost SDG Sync on Heavy and refuse to try it on Oni. LOL I can do spins where spins were never meant to be but I can't do a cross over that has a 16th note in it LOLz.

People that say a song sucks just cuz they fail it. They can pass an easy 9 footer but stumble on a decent 8 (Gentle Stress Sexual <3)

People who kick the machine and screen and piss their diapers because they couldn't AA Rhythm and Police with 18 greats, then proceed to yell at anybody near the machine who are talking even in the lowest of voices. Maybe a pacifer would put them at ease. I've black flagged Last Message 6 times now, get over it.

People who put a coin on the line at 10:30 in the morning
I show up at around oh, 4. They come back whining, claiming they've had their coin there the longest, yeah woo freaking woo, I've had my coin up since 2 weeks ago, go suck a golf ball. Seriously, that crap pisses me off.

People who assume everyone who plays DDR plays Final Fantasy too.

People who say that the only reason you're good is because you have no life.
People who purposely try to screw you up and stand in front of the screen. I mean, seriously, why would anyone do that? If they were playing Fast and the Furious or something and I put something under the gas pedal, they wouldn't like it one bit.

My biggest peeve, as others have said as well, is people who stomp the pads. It wouldn't be so bad if it just made them lose (which it does) and if it just made loud noises while they played (which it also does). It damages the pads for other players. That's why you get those nonresponsive arrows.

My second biggest peeve is parents who don't watch their children so they come running around at or on the machine as you're playing, so you have to be really careful not to knock them over or step on their feet or hands. It basically fails you a song or makes it really hard to pass. Same thing (parents not watching their children), but when the children go up there and press the buttons while you are on song selection/etc and they choose something for you.

Actually parents who don't watch their children is probably one of my biggest peeves in general. Why do you take your kids out in public if you will just let them behave like monkeys?

Other then that I am okay with people shadowing me etc.

I REALLY hate it when people are hanging on the bar and you have to use it all of a sudden I REALLY hate it when people press the down arrow while you are playing and one time I was playing Vertex on expert and this guy kept rubbing my hand.I failed and was VEEEEEEEERY mad at him

Thus why I hate having a DDR machine located in the most ghetto part of my state. well, one of the most ghetto parts.

I had some things like that happen. I was playing at my arcade, when all of a sudden, these black people were like "look at that Mexican go. He probably played it back home." I was laughing, but then I was like yeah, my feet go and go just when you and your Nike's go and go. They just walked away and I had a feeling they wanted to beat me up. No offense to any black people. I love you all ^-^.

my buddy was tellin me about one time he was playing at a movie theater and he got ganged up on by like 7 people while he was doing LoM. apparently one of em jumped on the other pad and attempted to shadow him, and afterwards "challenged" him. we all know how that goes. he's beating him at easy songs like maximizer even though they were like pushing him off the pad and stuff. thats why i never play at 11:30 at night.

but yeh i hate little kids while im playing ddr. apparently hitting the select button on psmo when my mods are like x3 is hilarious to them. the whole back arrow thing that people have been posting about pisses me off.

i also hate ppl harassing me (either for playing ddr or for playing ddr in tight pants) while im trying to play. stupid rednecks. never play in ft. worth.
