I know that Da Roots and Birdie are pretty much the easiest Expert singles songs, but what are the easiest Double songs? I'm having alot of trouble passing expert songs because I have absolutely no idea where to start. I've already passed one which is Lipstick Kiss and that was pretty easy. =\

Anyway I'd appreciate an answer.

The obvious answer: Land of the Rising Sun.

Oh, and This is Rock & Roll is easier on Expert Single than Da Roots.

is it really wise to be recommending an 11 in this case?

Try My Favorite Game and Queen of Light.... I seem to remember them being pretty easy 9's.

Go for a a Doubles 9 stepchart with low a decently low stepcount and fairly low hands. While Tha Rekkid Spinz may have the stepcount you're looking for, but it has some nasty tricky hands in it.

My two cents.

Mellow and Wake up ED are both easy and fun charts.

I don't want this to derail the thread, so yeah. =P

I'm going to write all of these songs down on a list and try them out at the arcade Friday, so keep the suggestions coming; even songs that I should try to improve on to help me improve on doubles will be awesome too. I really want to start playing Kagami and Renaissance Expert because it surprised me when I found out they were 11's. XD

I'm a bit short for double bar-raping so I can't see myself passing 11's - 13's soon but still - it'd be nice to clear the 11's over again on Double. (I can't keep a steady hand position, I keep having to move them as I go from pad to pad)

Oh, and if anyone here has a Groovestats, expert double challenges will be greatly appreciated. E1.gif

When you go look at which expert song has the least amount of steps jumps hand etc...

Thats what I always do and it usually works.

It won't work for doubles, that's for sure. Does it tell you how many crossovers there are? Pad transitions? Twists? etc....

Doesn't Reactor have the lowest max combo on Expert Double? E13.gif

Haha, I don't think I'm tall enough for Reactor yet. I'd be jumping from pad to pad like a retard. >.<

Anyway I played ONE set of double, so I only got time to play one Expert Double songs at the end, and I tried Land of the Rising sun, and surprisingly passed. It seems like when I screw up once on Double it's hard to get back on the right track. =\ Can't wait till I can "re-pass" the 11's on Double. biggrin.gif

I've only tried one Expert Doubles song and it was Hustle Beach which Zuche had advised me was the easiest. I passed it and I am not really a 9 foot doubles player so I'd say this would be an easy one for you to try.

I don't know if you've played ROM-eo and Juli8 yet, but you could easily pass it.

Yeah, thanks for trying to help, RagePenguin, but I posted that back in January where I was pretty bad at doubles.

Yeah, now I can clear all of the expert 9's (from what I can tell), except for While Tha Rekkid Spinz (I can't cheat them and hands on double charts are odd =P) and I'm working on the 10's now (I've cleared Fleadh Uncut - easiest 10 in my opinion)

I agree. It's just trills involving minimal movement and no crossovers.
