So I have a metal dance pad with a PS2 connections. And well I'm somewhat interested in playing the Xbox and GC DDR. Is there any like universal controller thing I can use so that I can play my metal pad on a GC and Xbox?

It's called an adapter, and the answer to your question lies in this Pad Adapter thread, which happens to be stickied.
