I forgot to mention my favorite BG animations D: So here you go:

The dancing cactus

That one with the dancing cacti and the people with marakka (I have no idea how to spell it right) thingies

The one with the DDR EXTREME falling apart

That really weird one at the end of Tsugaru with those guys that have the wiggly hair. I loled.

Those cool ones of DDR characters dancing (I mean real dancing, not jumping around like they do in everything before SN) that you can find in some MAX US songs

There are probably others that I can't remember right now. Oh well.

Backgrounds:

Jam & Marmalade, and pretty much all of the aforementioned BG's.

Although they don't have a BG, I'm a big fan of tricky stepcharts, like Chaos, FAXX and Fascination.

So those 3 songs are pretty much my favorite for their charts.

Is there an animation of a dachshund flying through the air with "The Flying Dog" written on the side, or am I just making this up? Either way, it's amazing.

I'm gonna get attacked for this one. The central characters for the first two are adorable.

All from arcade DDR Extreme. Note that all four are from Pop'n Music. Go figure.

And yes, I have a strong fondness for most anything that qualifies as cute and/or adorable.

DoLL and Xepher are awesome, hands down. And I have to agree with some previous posters:

Gamelan de Couple
La Bamba (the one in DDR Extreme arcade)
La Copa de la Vida

All 3 feature the dancing cacti with maraccas. They're hilarious!

The video for Dance Dance Revolution (the song) on Extreme.

I also like the video accompanying The Legend of MAX on Extreme. That and the music itself. I overplay it on Standard.

Max 300 and MaxX Unlimited as well.
