Anyway, what can most of the people in the Regular division do? (Any chance you could win first place?) |
First year for ITG in this tournament. But for DDR Regular Steven (ViVaLaMooChicken) has competed in it. From the videos I saw from the tournament, some people can SDG some 7's and 8's. Steven also told me some people who aren't as good enter. He said one year his first round got a C or B on an easy heavy song. Not much chance for first place cause I'll have to play Steven if I make it to finals. (Chances are slim though) Hopefully I make top 10! _________________

Damn, he's awesome though. If you have to face him to get to the finals, I doubt you'll make it. I wish there were some tournaments around here that I could enter. :\

Haha, that kind of surprises me, actually, since you (And everyone here) seem to be able to pass harder stuff than I can do. I don't know why, but it's like I got to passing some 10s (And Charlene) and just hit a wall in terms of passing anything harder than that.
Oh well.
EDIT #8 (Actually, I think it's #2): I'll learn how to use quotes eventually, I swear. _________________

Most walls are mental to some degree. if you can't pass a song, practice it until you can, and believe you're going to pass it. If you don't think you will, you'll do worse. _________________

Oh well. | I can pass hard songs, I just have alot of trouble scoring well. I'm just starting to FA songs on hard now, so I'm going to be playing alot more now and beating your damn scores on Groove Stats.

Well, I got a twenty-minute break from studying for finals:
Xuxa Hard - 94.86%, didn't beat DarkCore, but I did it as a warm-up song, and I still managed to get a new record.
But...Xuxa Expert - 80.17%...Finally broke 80%!
YES! Haha. I've been trying to get this for quite a long time. _________________

Some players don't update their groovestats....basiclaly....ever......like me. So trying to beat someone according to Groovestats is fairly pointless.

Charlene (Hard) 96.97%
Oasis (Hard) 96.13%
Tell (Hard) 96.74%
Queen of Light (Hard) 94.83%
Don't ask what happened here.
I've really been surprising myself recently with all the good hard scores I've been getting. Maybe I'll be able to get an Expert star sometime. |

Fly Away (Hard) 96.41%
DJ Party (Hard) 95.28%
...and I passed a new marathon course with three pad misses. Two during the second last song, and one on the last.

I'd like to see a score on a Survival course. _________________

I just noticed that when I put it on GrooveStats.
Technically my score would be higher than yours, but I got three pad misses.

Well, I had pad mine hits.
Wikipedia wrote: | Survival Mode is another course-based gameplay mode. The player must play a five-song course, where each song has a time limit less than the song's length. Time left over after each song is carried over to the next, and missteps deplete the time remaining - time is only added for Fantastics, with no change for Excellents and detractions for anything lower. The lifebar in this mode is not used to determine whether the player passes. Instead, it serves as a visual indicator of how much time is remaining. The game ends when the remaining time is fully depleted. |
So basically if you don't get enough Fantastics, you die. _________________

Yeah, but pad misses effect your score more unless you hit alot of mines.
I could probably clear a Survival course if they don't have mods. *Keeps fingers crossed* |
