So who updates the machines?

I'm gonna put the R21 update in my USB flash drive and I wanna update our local cab, but I just wanna know if I (the player) have the power to do so. I read that you have to go to the service menu or something, but I don't even know how to do that.

So will I be able to update my local machine or what? If I can, may someone please post instructions on how.

Ask the person in charge of your arcade if you can update the machine. Explain to them that you have the update with you in your USB and will cost them nothing. Then just ask them to open the coin slot and have them press the service button. Insert your USB flash drive and select Updates on the menu. It will give you a choice to update and then wala. You have an r21 machine.

Ya but custom songs is turned off by default. You have to go into the options and turn it on.
