Graphical Tech Difficulties on ITG PC

Whenever I play the song "Da Roots" the first animation I see is a green and black stripes like sceen which makes my computer jams up a bit and stops the song for a brief moment. This is the only animation that does this on the entire game. Is anyone else having problems in paticular to this? I am hoping not, because this will tell me that the problem is related to just my computer. Yes I have tested all graphical option combinations (including options accessible only through ITG tools).

Is there a way to get more graphical memory for the game without upgrading the PC's hardware?
