well, im back.
in july 2006, i started playing DDR for the first time in my life...a little while after my 18th b-day...
Im back to the boards now after playing quite a lot of DDR these months and i have a question...
I dont know if it is already time for me to invest in a Cobalt Flux ( even though in this short time i have acquired the skills to be able to play and pass almost all songs on heavy)...
but, this is the main problem (other than the 300 dollar price point)
I dont see anywhere on the Cobalt Flux site that they ship to Puerto Rico...thats where i live.
Does anyone know if they ship CF's here?
If not, what should i do??...i want to get a better pad b/c the pad that came with Extreme 2 is basically dead...the arrows aren't responding every time... _________________

I'm sure they'd probably ship to your location, you'd just be paying a bit more for shipping. Ask them a question at [email protected]. Also, since you live in Puerto Rico you are going to have to pay duties/customs on it. I had to pay $60.00 for duties when they shipped my pad to Canada. Don't forget, price comes with quality. If you want a good pad that's going to last you're going to have to pay a fair amount.
Good luck. |

I'd suggest, buy a decent foam pad before jumping onto the CF or BlueShark (just realized you can't abbrivate blueshark XD).
the BNS ones seem to be getting nice reviews |

BS.
Anyway, I thought that you had to pay customs/duties when you live anywhere outside of the US. Oh, and the BuynShop Fusion and Sparkle foam pads do seem pretty decent as well if you don't want to spend alot. My mom's even getting a Fusion because she doesn't like my Flux because it's not comfortable to play on in socks.
Still, your probably ready for a metal pad considering you can pass alot of songs on Heavy. |

omg don't buy a flux. Bluesharks are much better, and only $50 more. They're on sale now though for 300. ;D I'm selling my flux for one. XD _________________

Opinion > Fact
How exactly do you think that they are better? |

ZOMG ITZ SNOWING HERE!!!
anyway, how good you are definately determines if you "need a flux" yet.
on the CF website, they say you have to email the e-mail address (below) before ordering 'cause they only ship Fed-ex ground. not sure how much it would cost though.
even though you'd get more feedback here, you'd get better feedback over at the CF forums.
...it's either that or...
