Both essentially. Yeah, ls and rs are the same thing, because their are is sorta a combination of the two tongue movements, since they have no l. So, theoretically, morrette is the correct Japanese. However, far as I know, these are loan words from another language, so maybe in the original language it is ls. So, while I didn't REALLY answer your question, I hopefully confused you eternally.

i could ask the Japanese foreign exchange student in my 5th hr.

BTW: the slow version is spelled Sana Morette ne ente (with only one r) and BLT style is spelled Sana Mollete ne ente -with 2 l's. however, i think DDRFreak spells them the same. But i think you guys are right.

My understanding is, it's supposed to be 'Mollete.' If I remember correctly it has something to do with Katakana, which is the Japanese lettering system used for foreign languages - and the translation got fuddled up, had something to do with, as stated, the distinction between 'R's and 'L's. But I believe it's supposed to be "MOLLETE."

Correct if wrong.

It's meant to be Mollete. In Japanese, there is no distinction between the 'luh' and 'ruh' phonemes, so they pronounce each as a kind of mix of both. You can pronouce it either way.

I'm sure if it was sold for profit, Konami would clamp down on it (I'm sure it's a matter of time before they clamp down on ITG).[/quote]
