DDR Extreme 2 score chart?

Does anyone know where I can find a blank online score chart for ps2 Extreme 2 that I can download and put up on my wall?

I've been playing for about 4 months now and have totally lost track of the songs I've 'AAA'd, 'AA'd', 'A'd, 'B'd, etc.. I think I have the complete song list, but I'm not entirely sure (74 of them?).

Can't you just make it yourself, like make tables in Word or something? What I did was just made a score sheet like this:

AAAs

AAs

As

Bs

and so on....

...and left about 10 lines of space between each letter score and stuff. Then I just wrote the name(s) of the songs in each blank that I scored and the difficulty in parens; for example, when I AA'd Aoi Shoudou, I put 'Aoi Shoudou' (Heavy) under the AAs.
