With practice, you will become a great SMDJ! Your melodies are uplifting and catchy, which is an awesome thing to be able to pull off.Like others have said, though, it needs a little for filler. Try adding reverb/delay to the piano, for instance.

WOW, i must say thats a great step file  awesome man! Maybe we could like work together and i make songs you make stepfiles or something haha. Great man, ill upload the finished song once its done which might take a week or so but... thanks man! |

Wow, I didn't even think it was that good. Like a Smiley ripoff with barely any actual sound. I can see it as a first song and all but I'd say considering that song a sign that we have the next Tekno Dred is way overblown,

...Are you all listening to a different song than me? All this is is a drum pattern, a bass, and ONE synth part. And that piano part sounded TERIBBLE with the song.
Good if it was a first song, but it's unoriginal and nothing special.

1. It's an ITG fan song. Sure, it's in a DDR board, but the mods haven't locked it.
2. No, he's not advertising anything. He's showing us a song me made. He didn't say to buy stuff at an online pharmacy, or say that we can see free porn video's of every possible kind. |

1. Its not even a remix of anything loosely ITG related. He said its like Smiley but the only Smiley song I would even begin to compare it with is Duality
2. Yes, he is advertising. He doesnt have to be selling anything for it to be considered advertising. I made a thread once asking what DDR sites people visited. I put up a link to my DDR forums and it got locked for advertising

Edit: And even if it is just one loop, who cares? Many ITG songs are very repetitive.
Some songs sound like they were written by someone with no idea of what they were doing, and others sound like they were written by someone with musical talent. This song falls into the latter category.
Edit 2: Actually, there is variety, and it exists in the percussion and bass in the beginning and end. In a short, dance-game-type song like this, you don't really need much more than that.

takes 1 person to ruin it all ............................. anyways i dont understand how im "advertising" something. I'm showing you guys a song i made which i wanted to share with everyone and let people try it. Anyways that was my first time ever using a piano and i have no clue how to play a piano... im a drummer. I would appreciate it more that if you had something bad to say that atleast it could have been constructive.

sorry for the double post but i just had to say this. To proove to you im not advertising, The reason yourse was locked was because ddrfreak doesnt exactly want to promote other sites. I was a mod before for a very well known website which i wont put on here because of "advertising" but i know those kind of things. So please think about what you say next time because links to other sites and an mp3 file i made are 2 different things. |
