Like, to a point of being un-able to truely play. My question is, with the adaptor I have (the first one listed on stepmania.com), if I bought a Cobalt Flux mat, would the timing work on that one?

Do you think it was just my foam mat that was the problem?

Thanks ahead of time.

It could be either your pad, or your converter. In any case, open your Stepmania.ini file and adjust "GlobalOffsetSeconds" until it syncs up perfectly.
