Name of this song...

Wow... it's been a VERY long time since I last posted here. I'm in the middle of re-discovering my joy of ddr and have been watching random clips instead of studying for my test

Anyway, this one clip has this song that sounds very familiar. I dont think it's an official DDR song but I'm pretty sure I played it on SM a while back. I believe the song dates back to 2002-2003 when it was most popular and I think it was either in one of the early DDRei TournaMixes or from the BemaniRuler originals but I may be wrong.

I actually went through the first 4 tournamixes and Bemaniruler mixes to try and find the song, but to no avail. However, I did it really fast so I may have missed a couple of tracks.

It's not a DDR song.

it sounds really famlilar though as if ive heard it on a machine.

I did mention that it may not be an official ddr song but most likely an original from the simulator scene. I think it was a relatively popular song back in 2002 (again I'm talking in ddr terms). Anyway, I brought this up cause the song has a lotta nostalgic value to me and some times it gets annoying when you can't figure out what the name of the song is. And also, DDRei's forums aren't up anymore.

I checked most of the early TournaMixes as well as BemaniRulers originals and I couldn't find the song unfortunately so it must be from a different original mix.

Thanks to those who tried to help. If anyone figures it out let me know..

Its "the earth light" by "L.E.D. light"

While it's not definitive it definitely sounds like The Earth Light. Can be found on Konamix.

I'm pretty sure it's not The Earth Light. They do sound similar but if you listen to my clip closely especially around the 11 second mark, that melody is not The Earth Light. But thanks for trying!

I think the beginning of the clip sounds a lot like a DXY song but it really begins to differentiate when the melodic synth comes in. But keep trying guys!

No it's not. If you read my first post, it is clearly not a quiz. I'm simply asking if anyone can help me identify the song. People seem to be connecting this song with DDR as I had, so I think it does belong here. It's DDR related so it's appropriate.

I guess you were misled by my last post where I said "Keep trying." But I assure you, it's not quiz.
