Problem with TX-1000

Hey, I was playing the other day, and all of a sudden the down arrow was being triggered when I was the left and right pannels so I end up getting goods and boos. Can someone help tell me what's wrong? And here's a video if it'll help. http://youtube.com/watch?v=FnYn1KzJoiU .

There are a few things it could be (that I can think of)
You should check to see if the padding around the edge is too flat. If it is, replace it.
Check the foil on the bottom of the arrow is sticking to the sensor.
Make sure no wires are crossed.
