What do people do while playing DDR that really angers you?

I know it isn't impossible, it's just damn close to it.
Yeah I'm a very lazy person, so the bar is my friend.
Everyone else I know that plays is like "OH I'M A TRACK STAR. I'VE BEEN PLAYING SOCCER SINCE I WAS 8. I WAS THE CAPTIAN OF THE BASEBALL TEAM IN MIDDLE SCHOOL."
What did I do?
I uh, can play video games really well.
My point is, not all of us are in great shape and we kind of need that little extra.

The bar isn't cheating. It helps people. Da Bar is your friend. Don't hate it, it just wants to help you. It's always been there for you. Using it isn't cheating. It helps you keep balance, and if it wasn't there, tons of people would trip and fall while playing DDR.

The bar nearly killed me one day...There was dust on the DDR pad, and my feet went out from under me. I was just about to nail myself right in the back of my head on that red bar of doom, but I managed to catch myself.

I leave the bar alone. Then again, I can't pass a ten yet.

ive never used the bar, so thats probably why its hurt me more times than help me. almost busting the back of my head on that thing during doubles is never fun... but i do admit, after about the 3rd 10 footer on DDR its always something to lean against after the song and gasping for breath.

i dont like bar raping

holding the bar for a little while to get your balance back is ok though

i only push against it to get my balance back, ill swing on it and lean on it when im not playing though

as for ITG, im yet to play pandemonium or vertex (or ITG at all for that matter) so i wouldnt know about how helpful holding the bar is there

i think its sorta cheating as well, because if youre buff and have enough upper body strength, you could just flail your feet where you want without too much effort. thats what i find

although i have noticed more lately that taller people lose their balance more easily but yea...

meh, just my 2 cents

I was playing Lets Groove on a MAX2 machine at Six Flags N.E. last week and this like (not to be racist) Puerto Rican jumps up on the other pad 2 different times in the sing and starts shadowing. I'm like "Yo. You look like an idiot when you do that" I didn't say nething tho. There was also a girl on one side of the machine while her friends were playing and she was shadowing. I think everytime I see someone do it "they look like idiots".

I can stand shadowing, but not on the pad. If they do it behind me, Its okay. The thing with the bar is okay. If you want to use the bar, go ahead. I will use the bar if I am going to fall.

when someone shadows me, it only gets me angry if they get in my way or on the pad. someone actually almost started to shadow on a doubles song when he didnt know it was doubles. thats how bad it can get with people at the arcade. about the people who hog the machine, i just put a quarter on the machine and after they're done with their turn i just pretty much ignore them and put my money in. i then ask them if one of them wants to play too and if one of them says yes then its dance time. if no, then its still dance time for me.
